CLASS HIS OR Y Prior to our freshman year, eight districts con- solidated to form Pennridge. Because neither of the existing buildings was large enough to hold all the pupils, our class was divided between Sell- Perk and Deep Run. In our sophomore year we moved into the new Pennridge building. Wle became better acquainted with our classmates and worked together to place second in the magazine drive. XVe introduced a new custom by purchasing class jackets instead of caps. YVe began our junior year by placing second in the Booster Drive. VVe ordered our class rings and after a long wait, finally received them shortly before the holidays. We again introduced some- thing new when we began selling green and white Pennridge bookcovers. In March, the class play Profersor How Could You! was presented and was a big success. The climax of the year was our Junior Prom, Tropical Paradise. Before the opening of school in our senior year we held an organizational meeting to make the plans which resulted in our victory in the Booster Drive. The Senior play, The Remarkable Incident al Canon Corners, was enjoyed by all who at- tended. Our graduation pictures were taken in November, and we received them just in time for Christmas. The VVashington trip was one of the highlights of the year and left everyone with pleasant memories. Graduation was the event we all had been looking forward tog but, when it be- came a reality, we weren't as glad to be out'f as we had expected. As we look back on our high school days, we realize that they are truly the happiest years of our lives. 'Mi' 2,-'i'? 4 C- , QUT. 6.5 123-ev., Q 'qv 1':jT'sf1-212,51 7 Efiff' 93' ': .-xf 0.1, ,.
