Black GIRLS T E l'nder the guidance of lwiss Osterhont, the girls' tennis team placed second in the Bux-Mont league this year. Although Pennridge has had an organized tennis team for only two years, they made an exceptionally tine showing during the past season. Nancy Nace, a freshman, played first singles. Bev Black, Rae Hea- cock, Ann Schuster, and .loan Benner, constituted the rest of the singles players. The senior doubles partners were Rebecca R. Becker, E. Hedrick M. Moyer, D. Crittenden o 4 Springfield Quakertown 5 1 R. Heacock Becker and lillen Hedrick and Debi Crittenden and Millie Moyer. The under- classmen playing doubles were Donna Reed and l'rsula Netscher and Pam Pifer and 'lioshiko Nogami.
