Much, M. Maxrkley, Crouthamel. This is the first year for our a cappella choir. The choir is composed of approximately sixty members who auditioned early in the school year. The choir, under the direction of Mr. James Shaw, meets every Tuesday, last period, and after school until five o'clock. The members have presented many concerts in local churches in Perkasie, Sellersville, and Quakertown. The choir members, dressed in their dark green gowns, make an attractive sight for the public when they present their annual Christmas and Spring Concert. The girls ensemble, which is made up of seventy-five girls, is also directed by Mr. Shaw. They sing mostly semi- classical music.
