Spanninger l 12 'QT I E 0 T FOR GINGER' The Senior Class presented Time Out For Ginger, a lively comedy in three acts, on November 18 and 19 under the direction of hfrs. Francis Rufe, who com- bined both fun and work to make the play successful. The plot eoneerned Ginger Carol, a Freshman in high school, who decided that men and women are equal, and saw no reason why she couldn't play on the sehool's football team, particularly after her father slipped a few remarks into a speech to the high school assembly about individual rights. Before long the entire school was in an uproar, to say nothing of Ginger's family. The age old problem of how parents cope with their ehildren's growing pains made the play all the funnier because Father stood firm despite his well meant efforts which only further confused the issue. But, 'gAll,s well that ends well, and Ginger discovered it's much better to be her own sweet self. , ' X fri. 1 , ' n I . V. z ,., fYfff3i?. R. Spanninger, V. Tinsmith
