All these courses are presented to help prepare the girls to surmount the problems that they will meet when they ieave school. Health is required of all Freshmen and Seniors. Satisfactory completion of the Senior First Aid course merits the pupil a Senior Red Cross certincate. The course in physical education aims at improve- ment of the general physical condition of each pupil. Group activities, work on apparatus, and mat-work combine to make a well balanced program. This is physical education.
