LORRAINE LIBERTY ANNUAL OF 1956 PENNELL INSTITUTE GRAY, MAINE - on of the Whirlpool printed Á f the new addition to Pen- | alized that the idea As this із the fir st editi since the completion о nell, we, the class of 1957 re a of building should play an important part in the planning of our yearbook. Thus we decided upon the theme of building for the future.'' Not only in the obvious sense as the word building is commonly used as in building objects from wood and other materials, but also in the inner sense as building body and mind. Every activity we have undertaken since birth has had a hand in shaping our future characters, personalities, and careers. Probably the most important phase of our lifeis the days we spend in the mind building work shop here at Pennell Institute where the im- pressions we receive now and the things we learn will undoubtedly follow us all through our lives.
