As we approach the climax of our high school career, graduation, we realize what has been the inspiration and driving force behind us through all these years. For instance, remember the time when you flunked your English regents, or the time when your team lost a game and you were sure it was all your fault? Well, I know you will agree that it was Dad and Mom who encouraged you to try it again and not quit. And, of course, it was Dad and Mom who yelled the loud- est at the football game when you made that tackle that saved a touchdown, and how they applauded when the curtain rang down on your play. At this point in our lives when we are leaving high school, let us never forget the love, protecti on and friendship that has been given us by our parents. When we flip the pages of this book again, many years from now, this memory of all they did for us will again ring true in our minds. It is to their honor, and to the cherished memory of the happy days they have given us, that we dedicate this, Our Yearbook. -4- 9
