Bausby, Vice-President of the Student Senate, was killed in a one-car accident on the Kansas Turnpike. Roy was a lifelong resident of the area and a student at Penn Valley since197O. Bausby, an active participant on the Presidential Selection Committee and the District Instructional Co- ordinating Committee, senfed his Community College well y as Vice- President of the Student Senate. He served on the college Presidential Selection Committee and the District Instructional Co-ordinating Committee and was highly respected by the administration, faculty and students for whom he served.
