THE SCHOOL OF AGRICULTURE CUNIQUE in its service to the people of the state is the School of Agriculture offering the only program of its kind in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Through a far-fiung county extension service, the School of Agriculture brings to the farmer and to farm homes the latest findings of the agricultural experiment stations and of research in home economics. To this service it adds a wide range of resident instruction in pure and applied fields, providing the student with fifteen four-year and two two-year curricula. The first year of forestry instruction is given at Mont Alto. The objective of the School of Agriculture is to provide instruction in the sciences that underlie agriculture and in the application of these sciences to agricultural practice. S. W.
