DEDICATION ITH the departure of the Class of '39, there will terminate the active professional duties of three out- standingly popular men, three men who have in their periods of service bridged the gap between the Old Penn State and the New Penn State, three men whose contributions will never be forgotten and whose memory will enter the sanctity accorded to past Penn State greats! These men, Dean Ralph L. Watts, Professor Elton 'D. Walker, and HMajor W. O. CtTommy'Q Thompson, have compiled between them 95 years of service. During these years they have established enviable reputations that have boundthem close to the hearts of '1 the faculty and student body.
