MR. WALTER M. SLYGH The Capitol Campus Class of 69 is proud to honor Mr. Walter M. Slygh, the Director of Admissions. The dedication of this yearbook is well deserved by Mr. Slygh because of his instrumental assistance in our acceptance as a member of the Penn State Capitol Campus. As an administrator and friend he is concerned with giving the stu- dents his time and interest. Before he ioined the Pennsylvania State University as Director of Admissions, May 1967, he was a counselor at Robert Morris Junior College and has had teaching experience at the University of Denver, University of Utah, St. Mary's Univer- sity, and Duquesne University. Also, he is a retired service veteran of the Air Force. Through the recruiting of our Director of Admissions to iunior colleges and oth- er affiliated campuses of Penn State our college has grown into a well estab- lished institution. Because of his service we the Class of 69 are proud to honor Mr. Walter M. Slygh and say thank you through this dedication.
