tiki An American Ideal DEDICATION Although my experience with Penn High has been brief, I have been impressed with its Hne spirit and potentialities and will ever be con- scious of my responsibility to see that its stu- dents are offered the finest educational oppor- tunities that our country offersfl These words, spoken by the new supervising principal, Mr. John H. Linton, typify his spirit and interest in our educational system. Then, too, his new plans, the inauguration of additional courses and the introduction of new departments, will give Penn a higher standard and rating among Pennsylvania schools. This forward look of Mr. Linton's has made the seniors more am- bitious to strive for bigger and better things.
