Chapman, Steve Eslinger, Phil Goddard and Don Porter exchange The services offered by our guidance department at Penn are so inter-related that in actual practice it would be impossible to separate them. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary that each member of the staff be able to per- form effectively in providing any and all of the essential activities. However, for the purpose of administrative efficiency it is necessary that various guidance staff mem- bers be assigned specific functions for which they are primarily responsible.
