Sue Paval, Pam Little, Linda Friesner, Kathy Vogler. Stephanie Koch. The G.A.A. under the leadership of Cathy Clark and the sponsor- ship of Miss Kathy Hildreth and lN4rs. Barbara Beehler enjoyed another activity-packed year. A repertoire of our activities included District Camp at lVatervalliet, kliehigan in September and In- diana Leadership Camp at Delphi in October. Other October red letter days were the dates of the Freshman party and the State Badminton Tourney at Lafayette. From November through February G.A.A.'ers were active on the volleyball and basketball courts. Our schedule included games with Elkhart, Goshen, Concord, Mishawaka, Nappanee, Jimtown and Plymouth. A highlight of the shortest month of the year was the annual PENN PLAYDAY. A March feature was a mother-daughter recreation night. April, spring, and outdoor fun was complemented with track competition. lVe represented our school in the District and State track meets. Nappanee and Elkhart were added to our spring sports schedule in softball and some of our girls attended an annual Play Day event at Ball State. To climax a school year of on-the-go fun and recreation we slowed down the pace long enough for the Annual lklay Awards Banquet. G.A.A. Others in the cast are Kevin Witwer, Linda Prouclfit, Terry Jordan, Marcia Smith, Joy Bogan and Jack Holt. Aunt Demetria and Gramps, played by Janet Merrick and Dave Chastain, rehearse their lines in the all-school play On Borrowed Time. 7l
