Kay Dougall, Sally The Y-Teens, a service club embodying the principles of the YXVCA, had a busy, busy year. The Teens chose Alpine Enchantmentw for their Christmas Ball theme and, for a first, decorated the lobby appropriately for danc- ing. The gym, converted to a dance floor, had been used in previous years. The Easter convocation, traditionally a function of the Y-Teeners, was once again a club responsi- bility. Thoughtful members of the club as- sisted needy families during the Easter holi- day recess. Y-Teeners also raised money for various charities. During the month of March mem- bers sold 49 cartons of candy. The mid-winter conference at Gary, Indi- ana had a Penn Y-Teen representation and with the Corning of spring the artistically talented Teeners planned posters for the April spring prom held at Erskine Park Country Club. Climaxing a year of fun and service Senior Y-Teeners proudly wore the traditional Carnation corsage at the last meeting of the year.
