PAPER STAFF: Top Row: Libby Seifert, Margaret Smith, Alan Ross, Nancy Blair, Karen Heidinger, Bottom Row: Kathi Smart, john Payne, Vicky Dewalt, jack Merry, Patti Culver, Nanci Terry, Pam Simons. The Outlook Keeps the Student Body Editor jack Merry. The most publicized group in Peninsula High School is the paper staff. This fact remains true for one reason, that is that every other Friday of the school year, except during vacations, the stall edits a paper containing the happenings around the school. Some new developments have accurred in the 67-68 paper stall, however, that were important and interest- ing to the student body. With jack Merry as editor-in- chief, and Patti Culver as associate editor, things began to pop. For instance, it was ruled by the Student Council that the paper staff would become an ex facio member of the Student council so there would be a closer communi- cation between the student body and the council. Copy editor, Libby Seifert became correspondent to the Bremerton Sun this year and brought Teen Beat to the students of Peninsula. This teenage paper contained new and up to date articals that were especially impor- tant to the present generation.
