V The Freshmen at Peninsula had one major task to complete during their first year here. It was their job to take notice of the upperclassmen. They watched actions and formed opinions as to what their policies would be when they took over the job of leading the school. Those who have already experienced leadership were the Frosh officers. They were Jim Miller, president, Rick Jensen, vice-president, Becky Finholm, secretaryg and Mark Metsker, treasurer. Like everyone else, Freshmen became involved in school life. They joined clubs, played sports, and elected their own royalty. They had fun and learned at the same time.
