Mrs. Ruth Lapc, in chargc of pupil personnel, was the principal of East Vocational High School for twelve years and has been here at Cvntral five years; A few of Mrsx Lapck main duties arc: programming for all pupils thich takes seven week to complctd, pupil reports; pupil guid- ancc, and issuance of Class Day Awards. In charge of tcachcr personnel is Mr. Thomas Peirano, a man who is always on the job, willingr to help. Problems relatingr to the faculty and the materials necessary for the operation of this huge institution come directly under the control of Mr. Pcirano, who, with painstaking concern, considcrs cach problem in infinite detail.
