Mrs. Ruth Lapc, in chargc of pupil personnel, was the principal of East Vocational High School for twelve years and has been here at Cvntral five years; A few of Mrsx Lapck main duties arc: programming for all pupils thich takes seven week to complctd, pupil reports; pupil guid- ancc, and issuance of Class Day Awards. Her undcrstand- ing and paticncc in trcating the problems of cach group ASSISTANT 21 Mrs. Lapc, assistant principal, in charge of pupil parsonncl. or individual assures a fair and equitable consideration for everyone. In charge of tcachcr personnel is Mr. Thomas Peirano, a man who is always on the job, willingr to help.
