Industrial and political leadership has begun to realize that the construction of the past is all too inadequate for modem living and tremendous programs of modernization of community and of highways are under way. Our own city, along with other major communities such as Pittsburgh, has undertaken a tWlaster Planh 0f rebuilding. This huge revitalization program will take years to complete. At Central, the Allied Construction Department is training youth in a wide variety of skills to meet the ever increasing demands of a growing construction industry.
