YEARLING The YEARLING staff of 1956-57 would like to present to you, thc student body of Pendleton high school. the 1957 YEARLING. We have worked hard to bring back the events of the 1956-57 school year to you in all of their glory. It takes a lot of work, planning, and an efficient staff to put a yearbook together and make it a suc- cess. GIRLS' LEAGUE The Girls' League is one of the most active organizations in hool. Each year they sponsor a rummage sale. a style show. the lother-Daughter Banquet, and the Dad-Daughter Dinner. The girls lso sold football programs, sponsored dress-up days. and a home ursing course. To help in raising money for the March of Dimes, .B e girls sold balloons downtown. The League gives a scholarship each year to the Senior girl earn- g the most points throughout the school year. Gold and silver pins e given the other girls earning a large number of points. K.
