Here we see them getting ott to a good start with an early morning pep rally by the entire school joning in with the pep band in Cheers and tight songs. With this feeling ot school support through the entire football season, our team was able to conquer their foes knowing there was a real pur- pose behind it,

After performing a fine job of serving for the Girls' League Banquet. the boys receive their reward in the form of a hearty meal. A newly added feature during the noon hour at PHS is the noon dancing sponsored by the Rally Committee. It has proved itself highly successful and is supported by all the students. llhe White Buck section really added spark to our basketball games. They were on hand to give the Pep Club girls some stiff competition and gave our players the confidence they needed to lead them on to State. Again giving our boys the extra boost. the entire student hodv gave out football team a big send-off to State. in the form of an outdoor Pep Rally.

Running. yelling. laughing down Main Street was great fun. Twisting in and out of the cars, parked or not. Thi- P.ll.S. UHSQ-rs showed the town their spirit and loyalty to the team. Traffic was pretty much held up for about forty-five minutes while the guys anal gals dominated the streets. stopping now and then to give- a yell or Mio lim' tin- lzlll'lxS who wc-rc to play their play-l'l' game with Wlasliington lligll from Portland.
