With membership composed ot every boy in the high school, Boys' Federation was active in the promotioh ot orientation hw means ot films and speakers, Other films ot sports were shown The boys sponsored a mixer and the annaal Father-San banquet, with the able help and direction ot the president, Sam Haynes, and the advisers, Mr, Farley and Mr. Xllfhite The hovs will look back on the vear with satisfaction of doing a job well.

The Girls' League spelled activity this year, as usual, Under the guiding hands ot Mrs Gertrude Simp- son! adviser, and Judy Forsythe, president, the League has once again had a year of bustling activities. The girls arranged and held their annual Mother-Daughter Ban- auet, held in the Hawthorne Multi-Purpose room! and the Dad-Daughter Chili Feed. Not only active in the social whirl at Pendleton l-ligh, the Girls' League has done more than its share tor the good of the community, Participating in the March of Dimes, the girls put forth a lot ot effort to the worth-vvhile cause by selling Polio Fighter balloons and holding a dance, from vvhich the proceeds went to the March at Dimes.
