HI-Y The Hi-Y Club of Pendleton High School is com- posed of boys in grades ten, eleven, and twelve interested in extending throughout the school and community high standards of Christian char- acter. Band has a membership of 41 stu- dents-one senior, thirteen iuniors, ten sopho- mores, seven freshmen, five eighth grade, and five seventh grade students. The band was placed in first division in the State Marching Contest, and participated in the Fair Parade and the State Moose Convention parade at Muncie. The band is under the direction of Mr. James Patchett. Sometimes the weather is cold in the gym, but . the band practices on. N-.f

Cham- pion placings at the county exhibit were awarded Jeanne Ring, Susan Wood, Norma Keesling, and Joyce Boicourt. Janet Smith won grand champion award in the Junior Dress Revue. Susan Wood placed in the blue ribbon group in the Senior Revue. Martha's home improvement proiect.
