In the county 4-H Club demonstra- tion Edith Keller placed fxrst and so earned the right to compete with eight other counties in the district contest. Ruth Manifold is the model. The subject of the demonstration is The School Girl's Wardrobe. Edith has had a wide experience in several phases of 4-Ht Club work. During her eight years as a member, she has completed eight divisions of clothing, five of food preparation, one of room improvement, and has been junior leader of the club in her com- munity for three years. Her accomplishments in judging contests are commendable as she was Z1 member of the team that won the International Food Preparation judg- ing contest held in Chicago in 1938. Several State Fair prizes have been awarded on exhibits she has made. She also has been given a trip to the 4-H Club Round-Up at Purdue. BAND
