They were introduced to various al- gebraic concepts and the challeng- ing language of Spanish. They built rockets in Physical Science and anxiously awaited their first treacherous drive with Mr. Cor- rington. During the fall activities, Cori Lea Carmichael was chosen Horne- coming Representative and Gina Grant was nominated to run in the Miss P.A. Contest. The Class spon- sored the Tic Tac Toss Booth and had a bake sale in which the pro- ceeds of 555.00 went to Gina in her contest. The Freshmen looked forward to summer vacation and the thrill of getting their driver's license. The students felt closer to teachers and received alot of individual help. Everyone was class clown and never bored. Even though they didn't make much money selling Raid- er cups, they weren't down , . . there's always next year. Every- one grew to know each other well, and those special relation- ships will last forever. The Tenth Grade is a year of difficulty. The most exciting experience is World History! Kid ,,, r-'rr' ' er . t , llll yy . ysiy .aye , f. Taking Mrs. Rarnsey's pop tests make you feel like a Freshman in College. The Sophomore Class spon- sored the Bean Bag Toss at the Harvest Festival. Keith Casha was presented a trophy for being named Mr. Raider Legs rais- ing nearly 56000. The Tenth Graders promised to keep in touch over the surn- mer and are looking forward to their Iunior year.
