CLASS OP '84 SAVE THE BEST POR LAST, 'CAUSE THERE IS NO MORE AFTER THE CLASS OF '8-4. The 1984 Senior Class considered themselves the Camelot of all Senior Classes. Never again was there to be a year of such great magnitude. Within the first weeks of school, they established their supremacy. During assemblies, underclassmen stood and cheered at seeing such greatness. They were also given the traditional privileges of an early break and lunch. To honor them, the Student Government surprised the class with the first Senior lounge. In order to express their true quality and uniqueness, they chose ANGELA CAROL BABB I leave to joy Lynn Owens my vast amount of patience and to all rising Sen- iors I leave my ability to always have a good time. Basketball 1, 2, 3, 45 Football 2, 3, 45 Monogram Club 2, 3, 45 Class Vice-Presi- dent 4. an unprecedented song, flower, col- ors, and motto that would be pre- sented at graduation. Being among the most ultimate people, they chose camouflage, pink, and baby blue as their colors. Equally as ad- mirable was their flower, a red rose surrounded with baby's breath, their song, Paul Anka's hit, The Times of Your Life 5 and their motto, Let the Good Times Roll . Camp parties and trips to the Pizza Hut at Wrightsville Beach were a large part of the Seniors ex- tracurricular activities. Graduation seemed all too near as the Seniors made their final - e Xie ANGELA CAROL BABB Far away, there in the sunshine, are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and try to Follow where they lead. L. Alcott preparations for the Prom and the annual beach blast. They signed memory books and recalled old times that will stay in their minds forever. On Friday, May 2.1, twenty-six Seniors said farewell to friends, some that they have known since their first year of school. Gradu- ation is intended to be a beginning, but in the minds of these Seniors, it would be the saddest good-bye they ever said. Looking back on their last year of high school, it was Like, so bad !
