Last November we ordered our class rings and waited with anxiety until they came in March. For our -lunior Prom we seleftecl Stardust as the theme. Most of the class worked on it and the gym had a most inviting atmosphere. Being the editors of the PEME'lllC this year we have worked very hard to make it a bigger and better hook. Numerous changes in the setup of the hook resulted in new problems and difficulties but perseverance ironed them out and at last-all the material went to the printer in early April.

AL1f1uzD S'1'ADm-:N The Sophomores gave us an initiation party in the fall where they tortured us by making us wear the letter F on our foreheads written with lipstick. During the basketball season our class sold candy at the home games and at baseball games. Many of our class members participated in the Fashion Show assembly put on by Home Ee. classes. Our class was well represented in the various activities dur- ing the year. The P. T. A. sponsored a Home Room Attendance record banner this year, the class winner being based on a percentage of parent attendance at the monthly meetings. The Class of 1951 won the banner three times during the year which was margin enough to win the annual live dollar award.
