FINE ARTS Fine Arts leaches us the relationships of line, color and form in such a way that we appreciate the niceties of life. We learn through different med ia in two and three dimensions. Our study takes us through nature, in the form of plants, animal-, landscapes and the human figure. CRAFTS In crafts, we learn block printing, stencil work, metal work, braiding, etc. Tlie most fascinating part of crafts, is that of weaving on the six large looms. The products range from rugs, through dress materials, curtains, and baby blankets. Pottery work is in its infancy but will increase rapidly, nun that we have a new electric kiln. The year of 1945-46 has seen an increase in the growth of the art department to where it is necessary to have a sludenl assistant. 30
