SCIENCE SOCIETY A A X During its three years of existence the Science Society has fs initiated a School Science Fair which compares favorably with fx J S fs 5 those of other schools of similar size. Three projects from phys- JL, X' ics and biology were selected at the School Fair and were sent to the State Fair and all three received honorable mention. The 0 Lf proceeds from a car wash and wax added to the already plump treasury. Films and guest speakers on careers in Science will be made available to Society members throughout the year and field trips will be taken. Through the activities of the Society, each member gains a clearer concept of the importance of sci- ence in society today. Uqxxx
