There were 23 Freshmen that entered Pembine High School in the fall of '55, They were just beginning something entirely different to them. Their success began when they elected Robert Wood as presidentg Sylvia Bjurlin, vice presldentg Lois Behrens, secretary, Frances Neargarth, treasurer. Mr. McClarnon and lr. Pavlik were chosen as their class advisers. Their representative for the Student Council is Billy Anderson. They won top honors on their Homecoming float and their queen candi- date was Judy French. S In the fall of '55 the Sopholores began their second year at P. H. S. They were now at the half way mark. Their enrollment was 15 students. To help start th m off on the right foot they elected Larry Bierstaker as president, John Pier as vice-president, Lynda Dougveto as secretary, lthelyn Bartels as treasurer. Irs. Jaeger and lr. Stauber were selected to be their class advisers. Representing the on the student council was Wayne Schillerstron and Ted Duris.
