Front row: Elizabeth Rus, Dorothy Kaldenberg, Reuvena Dieleman, Wilma Lourens, Harriet Swank, Thelma Van Zee. HE GIRLS' basketball team closed the season on February 14 with a win over Sully. They boast a comparatively successful sea- son, having won a reasonable percentage of their games. The starting lineup for the year was made up of one freshman, Wilma Lourens, forwardg one sophomore, Elizabeth Rus, guardg one junior, Harriet Swank, forwardg and three seniors, Thelma Van Zee, forwardg and Reuvena Dieleman and Dorothy Kaldenberg, guards. Wilma Lourens was high point girl while Reuvena Dieleman, who was also captain this year, starred for the guards. The services of the three seniors will be greatly missed but we're looking to the freshman class for the bulk of the team next year. 44
