QTHE FRESHMAN CLASS was one of which its fellow schoolmates were proud. Comprised of thirty-seven members, it was the largest class by the margin of one. Unusual for this traditionally green class, it held its own in the various activities. The other classmen had reason to ask how green they actually were. The first year at school has been quite an adventure for these boys and girls. It took alert, studious, and companionable people to make the grade. Their ability to fit was shown in their seven basket- ball participants, eight choir members and seven Hobby Club repre- sentatives. 35
