Edmund Strinden -Photo by Pelican Press 2-Dedication Almost all of us can identify with the feeling of scared hopelessness of being a “new seventh grader here in the Pelican Rapids High School. We can all remember the smiling encouragement given to us by this great man. This man courageously fought his own personal battles. He will not only be greatly missed by his family and friends, but also by the students and faculty who knew him. We, the 1987 Seniors, proudly dedicate our Shada to the wonderful memory of our assistant principal, Mr. C. Edmund Strinden.

One Last Look. . . Most people associate one last look as a last good-bye, givinq a fond farewell to good friends and remembering all the good times. One last look can also mean looking back and, yet, looking forward at the same time. Looking forward to a future bright with promise of new experiences and new excitements. A whole new world that we can only begin to dream about. The graduating class of 1987 can and will look back on their years here at the Pelican Rapids High School with a sweet sadness, knowing that looking back for one last look is not only a good-bye, but a hello to a whole new life. 4-Theme -Sarah Barton
