This year many exciting events high- lighted the 1986 Homecoming Week. Monday, Oct. 6, was Dress-Up-Day with coronation at 8:00 that evening. Masters of Ceremonies, Mark Kvare and Jenny Field entertained the audience with sto- ries about the Royal Court and Queen Candidates, Joni Anderson, Becky St. John, and Susan Treinen. The featured speaker was Mr. Virgil Kollar. Tension mounted as last year's Queen, Janice Haarstick, crowned Becky St. John the 1986 Homecoming Queen. Reverse and Hat Day was on Tues- day's agenda Mth a home volleyball game against Hawley. Wednesday was Athletic Day and Thursday was marked by Nerd Day with a volleyball game at Dilworth and a bonfire to follow. Friday, Viking Pride was flying high with Color Day and an excellent pepfest. The Viking ''Sent the Trojans Back To Greece with an 8 to 6 victory.
