THE SENIOR CLASS HISTORY On a bleak September morning in 1949, a group of 92 Freshmen entered P. R. H. S. That year Wayne El- ton, Mavis Restad, onnie Sha, and Orlando Fladmark were chosen as our class officers. Mr. Amundsen and Mr. Anderson were our advisors. The main class activity of our Freshman year was Initiation. By the beginning of our Sophomore year there were only 77 members in our class. Our Sophomore class of- ficers were Mavis Restad, Lawrence Poss, John Nelson, and Gene Bailey. Mrs. Martin and Mr. Strinden were our advisors. Orlando Fladmark, Jeanine Pederson, Kay Swenson, and Wayne Elton served as our class officers. Mr. and Mrs. Magnuson were our advisors. Our attendants at Homecoming that year were Maxine Schultz and Shirley Scheer. The highest magazine salesman was Florence Miller. In the spring of the year we sponsored the Junior-Senior Banquet and Prom. We also presented the Class play, The Eager Miss Beaver. In our Senior year there are 63 class members.
