Office The pleasant girl who greets callers, checks mail, does duplicating work, and supervises the girls who operate the switch- board is Miss Phyllis Houston. She gradu- ated in 1944 and remained to assist in the office. Miss Virginia Rushford takes dictation and transcribes cylinders, handling most of the correspondence which leaves the office. She also takes care of most of the records kept of students who have attended PCHS. Mrs. Louise Davis serves as personal secretary to Mr. F. M. Peterson, principal, and is the oflicial Registrar of the school. Each day she answers hundreds of ques- tions, makes transcripts of credits, and gives PA announcements in Mr. Peterson's absence. ,EP ,I 'N -f 5 x 4' !x1:.'o C If f E- if - x ' - f if X I a: fy Sf gl-7 A t
