Baker, our Superintendent, has done a very commendable job during our years at Pekin High School. He is always willing to listen to anything reasonable and he turns a kind and attentative ear to all our problems. We are all very grateful for his efforts to make our stay at P. H. S. a very pleasant one. We are especially proud of the new science program which he is advocating for our school. Without his help it would have been impossible to have done the job of setting up a working lab- oratory this year.
