To W. L. Green, known by us all But his memory holds no end. To him who dedicated his life That ours would better be-- We dedicate our annual now To his beloved memory. DEDICATION The Senior class of 1956 has dedicated their yearbook, The Commentator, to a person, who in their opinion is very de- serving of this honor, Dr. W. L. Green. Words are inadequate to describe our feelings, butamong them are gratitude, idealness, helpfulness, and friendship. He was a comforter, a healer, a Christian, a guardian, and a leader. Besides all these, there were national, state, and local honors bestowed upon him. With all these accomplish- ments, Dr. Green was still an associate and friend of the poor and rich. We want his family and friends to know that we appreciate, not just the fact that he brought many of us into the world, cured and cared for us, but just knowing him left us with a feeling of deep satisfaction. 9 Our leader, our doctor, our friend His services with the year has gone
