The juniors started off their year by presenting their first play, The Monkey's Uncle. Carolyn Rickard played the monkey and Bob Floyd played her uncle. The other members of the cast were Nancy Elrod, Wanda Voyles, Linda Purlee, Dale Marshall, Carol june Martin, jewell W ingfield, Glenn Campbell, Ray Wesner and Loren Wyman. Their top money raising project of the year was the sale of magazines. They topped all previous sales records. They sold over 51200.
