The Stage Craft Club is a purely voluntary organization open to students who have a work- ing knowledge of simple carpentry, electrical work, and art. It is their job to assemble scen- ery, make repairs, and construct properties and lighting effects. Many hours are spent after school and during Week-ends getting scenery and sets ready for plays. One member is sel- ected as Stage Manager and this year it has been Iames Brillinger. For their service the mem- bers receive an emblem from the school which has a spot light insignia and the letters P.H.S. The Crew is under the expert supervision of Mr. Kropf. CAFETERIA CLUB AND HELPERS CAFETERIA CLUB The Cafeteria Club is directed by Mrs. Needleman. Graninger For the past thirty-iive years Peekskill students have been fortunate in having the services and guidance oi Miss Gran- inger-one of the finest teachers that we have ever known. This Iune she is retiring from active service. But although she is leaving as a teacher, her high standards and just policies will remain with us and will continue to influence us in the future as they have guided us in the past.
