Vice-Principal Mr. Gerald Grove is now serving in his third year as Vice-Principal of Pecos High School. He has been in the School System for nine years, having taught English and Spanish for six years. Mr. Grove is a great influence as well as a friend to all of the stu- dents of Pecos High School. Mr. Grove is a member of TSTA. He received his B.A. from Angelo State University and his M.Ed. from Sul Ross State Uni- versity. Mr. Grove and his wife Carolyn reside at 2023 Jefferson. The Groves have two sons, Randall and Kevin. They attend the First Baptist Church. Dean 0 f Students Mr. David Dutchover is now in his sixth year as the Dean of Students for Pecos High School. He served as principal of Zavala Junior High School for six years prior to his coming to Pecos High School. Mr. Dutchover is involved with many different activities, such as serving as the sponsor of the Student Council. Mr. Dutchover received his B.S. and M.Ed. from Sul Ross State University. Mr. Dutchover and his wife Mary reside at 2433 S. Eddy with their six children, David, Sandra, Jimmy, Lorraine, Wanda, and Benja- min. The Dutchovers attend St. Catherine's Catholic Church.

Prirtczpal Mr. Dalton Moseley is now in his third year as principal of Pecos High School. He has done an outstanding job as a principal, and is greatly respected by both students and fac- ulty. Mr. Moseley taught American and World History for a number of years at Pecos High School. He became Vice-Principal in 1972. Mr. Moseley was Vice-Principal for three years before becoming princi- pal. Mr. Moseley is active in the com- munity as well as in school affairs. He is a member of TSTA and the Pecos Downtown Lions Club. Mr. Moseley is a graduate of Howard Payne University. where he received his B.S. degree. He also has a M.Ed. from Sul Ross State University. Mr. Moseley and his wife Marga- ret have two sons, Dennis and Dale. They reside at 2126 Nebraska. The Moseleys are active members of the First Baptist Church where Mr. Moseley serves as a deacon. Guidance Counselor Mr. Milton Evitt has done an outstanding job as Guidance Counselor of Pecos High School during the past four years. Mr. Evitt helps students arrange their schedules, as well as giving help in choosing a college and find- ing financial aid. Mr. Evitt taught Spanish at Pecos High School for three years before becoming Guidance Counselor. Mr. Evitt received a B.S. from Rice University and a M.Ed. from Sul Ross State University. He is a mem- ber of TSTA. Mr. Evitt and his wife Brenda reside at 2035 S. Eddy. The Evitts have one daughter, Courtney. They attend the Church of Christ. Vocational Administrator Mr. Jimmy Davee is currently serving his fifth year as Vocational Admin- istrator of Pecos High School. Mr. Davee received his B.S. and M.Ed. from Texas Tech University. He is a member of TSTA, the American Vocational Association, and the Texas Vocational Association. He and his wife Melba reside at I934 Missouri. They have two sons, Sam and Tom. The Davee's attend the First United Methodist Church. Vocational Counselor Mr. Larry Sloan is now serving his sixth year as Vocational Counselor of Pecos High School. Mr. Sloan guides and counsels vocational students. Mr. Sloan obtained his B.S. and M.Ed. from Sul Ross State University. He is a member of TSTA, the National Vocational Guidance Association, and the Texas Vocational Guidance Association. Mr. Sloan has one daughter, Shelly. He is a member of the First Baptist Church. 24- l
