VICE- PRINCIPAL Mr. Dalton Moseley is in his first year as vice-principal of Pecos High. He has taught twelve years at P.H.S., world his- tory for two years and American history for ten. He is a member ofTSTA and of the Pecos Evening Lions Club. Mr. Moseley and his wife, Margaret, re side with their two sons at 2344 S. Eddy Mr. Moseley is an active member of the First Baptist Church. DEAN OF STUDENTS This is Mr. David Dutchover's first year to serve as Dean of Students of P.H.S. He received a B.S. and M.Ed. from Sul Ross State University. He had been the principal at East Pecos High School for the past six years. Mr. Dutchover and his wife, Mary, have five children, and they live at 2433 S. Eddy. Mr. Dutchover attends St. Catherine's Catholic Church.

PRINCIPAL Mr. Frank Kelley has been principal of Pecos High School for thirteen years. He received his degrees at A. B. Bethel College and George Pea- body College for Teachers. Mr. Kelley is active in civic affairs. He serves as an elder in the First Presbyterian Church. He is a mem- ber of the Pecos Lions Club and of the Executive Council of Boy Scouts of America. He has two children and four grandchildren. Mr. Kelley's wife, Mrs. Verna Marie Kelley, teaches Latin and English at Pecos High School. Both Mr. and Mrs. Kelley belong to TSTA. Mr. Kelley is shown here with his two grandchildren, Kelley and Gwen. They are the child- ren of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Green of Pecos.

GUIDANCE COUNSELOR Mrs. Walker is now in her third year as guidance counselor of Pecos High School. She and her husband have one son, Ray- mond, currently serving in the Navy. Mr. and Mrs. Walker attend the First Baptist Church. Mrs. Walker holds a B.S. from McMurry College, a M.Ed. from Texas Tech University, and a Counseling Certif- icate from Texas Christian University. VOCA TIONAL COUNSELOR This is Mr. Larry Sloan's first year as vocational counselor of Pecos High School. He and wife, Shirley, have one daughter, Dana Michelle. Mr. Sloan is a member of TSTA and attends the First Baptist Church. He received his M.Ed. from Sul Ross State University.
