Pecos 47 Monahans 7 The Eagles exploded against the Mona- hans Loboes as they s tar te d the touch- down p a r a d e early and n e v e r stopped. Pecos showed the best blocking they had shown all year. On defens e the Eagle line me n were ju s t as brutal and sharp with their tackles. Christian tallied three times for the Eagles while Card and Lang- ham each c r o s s e d paydirt twice. Card kicked three extra points while Christian added the other two. This ended The Eagles most success- ful year since 1944, and showed that Coaches Mouser and Johnson could build a powerful club in only a few weeks time. We are all proud of the showing made by The Eagles and their Coaches and al- though they didn't win district, the only loss was to Kermit. 3-. ,' I gg' -,,..a-' 77' 'ff' '31, Q l' 5,1 Louis Eisenwine End -i' , B'-'4ol 5'-Ilxe , H ' ff Z..
