Adviser Presrdent MISS MARY McDONOUGH ROBERT STARK 'T' Secretary Vace Presudent Treasurer Hlstory of the Class of I943 UR hugh school years have come and gone Ieavmg many memorles and fond recollectnons Our freshman year IS only a vague plcture of jammed lockers unsur mountable plles of homework alrbls and FUN We worked harder than ever before but there was much satlsfactnon In knowing that we had taken the flrst step toward our goal graduatlon As mfmstely superlor sophomores we became more cooperative wuth our teachers and classmates We began to reallze that the degree of our success depended greatly on the attltude we took In school During our junior year we really began to functlon as a unct for the first tame We shouldered our new responslbllltles with zest even though we were bewnldered at fnrst We held cake sales dances and movies to ranse funds for our Junnor Prom which was one of the most successful ever held In our school Then came the year we had long awauted-our senior year Reallzlng that thus year would complete our hugh school record, we really settled down to serious work We felt the lmpact of war through the curtallment of acts vntnes, but more Important we mussed those members of our class who left to serve un our armed forces Now that we shall soon be more or less on our own we want to take thus opportunity to thank the faculty for theur patnent guldance and ever ready cooperation un our efforts 6 6 'ur ' ,.
