THE PEARL RIVER PLAYERS RGANIZED in I939, the Pearl River Players, rounded out its second year with the completion and ratification of a constitution. The club was organized to produce plays, two One-act plays and one major production each year. The members direct their own oneeact plays which are presented formally in the auditorium. ONE MAD NIGHT , a mystery-farce in three acts, the major produce tion, was presented in the high school auditorium on February 27 and 28, I94I. Thomas Griffith and Olympia Vergin had the leads and were ably sup- ported by the other members of the cast. Stage sets were designed and erected by Miss Eva B. Crabtree and the Art Department.
