HE Traffic Court is made up of four seniors of which three act as judges and the fourth as court clerk The judges preside over cases brought in bv the Traffic Squad for violations of the traffic rules. The judges deal out punishments according to the misdemeanor while the court clerk records all cases for future reference. HE General Organization is a student governing body consisting of repre- sentatives from each class in the high school. Its purpose is to serve the student body by aiding any group which needs its help, For instance, the G. O. provides the letters for the athletic groups and helps other groups fi- nancially such as the honor society and boys' and girls' Hi-Y. The G. O. sets the traffic rules and chooses the judges for the traffic court. They serve the student body in any matter which comes to their at- tention. Its purpose is to create enthusiasm for scholarship, promote leadership, and develop character. Throughout the year the Honor Society gives various awards to deserving students. 23

HE Leaders' Club, a leading organization in school, has progressed con- siderably this year. Qualifications for entrance are, scholastic standing, and interest in fur- thering giris sports, The direction of intramural teams was its special ac- complishment. lt is responsible for part of the transportation cost, refresh- ments, and seeing that the play-days are a success.
