baseball The Red Devil baseball team breezed through their sixteen game schedule with- out suffering a defeat to capture their third consecutive District Six Crown. With a lot of hard work on the part of Coach Emory Davis and the hustling of a determined squad of boys, they increased their winning streak to twenty-nine straight games. Riding on the strong right arms of Bill Dennis and Graham (Riggy) Bales and with great backing from their mates the boys produced a coach’s dream, an undefeated team . This spring when the baseballs start to fly again, the Big Red Squad will be try- ingfor the state record which now stands at thirty-two won, consecutively, without a loss .
