Each cIas s that graduates believes that the school will never be the same without them: it is bound to go downhill. It never happens though, at least not at Peachtree. A new class comes to start where the old one left off. All the records are broken by the people who follow. Peachtree grows with each new person that comes to it. lt's a never ending continuous kind ofthing. Peachtree is as Long as Peachtree is. A few years after our own graduation we should all come back and take a look at the school. It will undoubt- edly seem very strange and different, but maybe ifwe search really hard we'll find the part of Peachtree that was us. c , .tw 41 'st up I l E25 M if N t if a if . , , gg Asuu ' -N - A 'fxrier 'J' f 'Z' 'A --7 ma- M f' 'A' , ' - ' 1 5? This book has been the product of five long months. There have been times when it looked asnif we were headed for disaster, but deep inside we knew everything would work out. The BEACON staff worked long and hard for these 304 pages. We were lucky to have ,such a dedicated and talented staff. The closet was a beehive of activity every fourth and -fifth period with someone always having an unsolvable problem. There was that always-full trash can with its own keeper fGaryJ. There was that fantastic Jaime and the organization of clubs by Polly and Ellen. There was Melinda, who some- how got the class sections a-5,1 q if when there was everybody who made the Miss PHS Pageant work. And there was Jenny with her tremendous lay at all important encouragement. We got our usual hne job from Mr. Dan Troy of American Yearbook Company. Somehow he had the courage to stick with us, even though we're sure he had his doubts.. He had that great ability needed to pull it all together. Anid finally our deepest appreciation goes to our advisor, Miss Sarah Patsy Miller. This bodk definitely would not have been published without her. She is the great oneg the one who does so much with such little recognition. She made a group of believers in us all, and we appreciate it. r To all these people we say Thank-you. You have made this yearbook an experience we will never forget. Each and every one of you made it all possible. Thank-you for a job well done.
