Members obtain a fuller understanding of the political positions of their country and a firmer foundation for their own political connections. The Young Republicans Club is composed of a group of Peace students whose political convic- tions tend to be like the convictions of the Re- publican Party of the United States. In campaign years the Young Republicans Club sometimes helps in the local headquarters of Republican nominees. In other years the club seeks to under- stand not only the Republican Party but also the policies of the present Administration. By under- standing the position America takes in world affairs, the Young Republicans gain spirit and sound basis for their political convictions. y oung, Jsfipubllcan Club First row: J. Morgan, L.
